This week I graduated from Temple University with a Master of Science in Travel & Tourism. Graduation took place via zoom, a bit anti-climatic after dreams of walking across the big stage. I know that people who thought an advanced degree at this stage of my career are unnecessary. I have always loved learning. Travel and tourism are ever-evolving. Innovation will drive the industry forward as we get past COVID-19. I also believe that sustainability will become more mainstream, not a niche, as businesses and destinations build resiliency.
