I have known and done business with Kay since 1999. First as a customer, then as a service provider to her rental agency and later as both a secondary seller of her agency’s properties, while at the same time operating a competing business. From day 1 throughout the 20 years of doing business together Kay impressed me with her dedication to customer service, innovative and balanced approach to problem solving and high standard of ethics.
